1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at ai.triunedynamic.com (the "Site") and the services we provide through it, including our entry assessment, application process, training portal, and contact and feedback forms (together, the "Services"). The Site and Services are operated by Triune Dynamic Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16354160), trading as Triune AI Ops ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not: • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, other users' accounts, or our systems • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content or data from the Site • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form, application, or assessment • Interfere with the proper operation of the Site, including by transmitting malware or attempting denial-of-service • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

3. Assessments and applications

Our entry assessment and application process are provided to evaluate candidates for potential engagement as evaluators. Taking the assessment or submitting an application does not create any employment relationship, engagement, or obligation on our part. We may set eligibility rules (including a minimum age of 18 and retake cooldown periods) and may reject any application at our discretion. You must complete assessments yourself, without assistance. Submitting another person's work, collaborating on assessments, or attempting multiple attempts through false identities is grounds for disqualification.

4. Staff portal

Access to the staff portal is limited to individuals we have authorised and is governed additionally by the agreements those individuals sign (including contractor and confidentiality agreements). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and must notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised use of your account.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, training materials, assessment questions, and evaluation frameworks — are owned by or licensed to Triune Dynamic Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent. Assessment and training content in particular is confidential and must not be shared or published.

6. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy (available at /privacy), which forms part of these Terms. By using the Services you acknowledge our processing of personal data as described there.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work to keep it accurate, secure, and available, we do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Content on the Site is provided for general information and does not constitute professional advice.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business arising from your use of the Site; and our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site shall not exceed £100. Client engagements are governed by separate written agreements whose terms prevail over these Terms for that engagement.

9. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party services (for example, email delivery and hosting). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
