We may collect the following personal data when you use our website, contact us, or take our evaluator entry assessment: • Name and email address (contact, application, and assessment forms) • Phone number, country of residence, and date of birth (entry assessment applicants — used to contact applicants and to confirm eligibility, including that applicants are 18 or older) • Assessment results and scores • Documents you upload as part of an application, including your CV/résumé, a government-issued identity document (passport, driver's licence, or national ID) for identity verification, and any other supporting documents. These are stored securely (encrypted, access-restricted) and used solely for recruitment and identity verification. • Message content you voluntarily provide • Basic usage data such as pages visited and time spent (via analytics, if enabled) We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and our application requires applicants to confirm they are 18 or older. Identity documents are reviewed manually by authorised staff for verification purposes only. We do not collect biometric or facial-recognition data, and we do not collect payment information through this website. Identity documents are retained only as long as necessary for recruitment and are securely deleted in line with our retention practices.

3. How we use your data

We use the personal data you provide to: • Respond to your enquiry or application • Communicate with you about our services or open roles • Improve the quality and relevance of our website We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Legal basis for processing

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected: • Enquiry and contact form submissions: up to 12 months • Unsuccessful applicants' data and uploaded documents (including CVs and identity documents): retained no longer than 12 months, then automatically and securely deleted • Successful applicants' data: retained for the duration of the working relationship and any period required by law afterwards • Entry-assessment results: passing results may be kept as records; unsuccessful attempts are removed within 12 months These periods are enforced by an automated retention process. Data is securely deleted once it is no longer needed, unless we are required by law to retain it longer.

6. Who we share your data with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (such as email or hosting providers) who act as data processors on our behalf and are bound by appropriate data protection agreements. We will disclose data if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request.
